I am 2nd year MBA student at Duke. I will graduate in May and plan to
move to Texas after graduation. I have 1BR apartment (Square feet 828.)
for rent. You can move in either late in May or in June and you can
live in as long as you want (as least 2 months).  $710 per month
compare with the current list price $860-$950.

    

My current leasing contract is till August. The leasing office will
arrange the paper work so the apartment will be legally under you name
starting from the day you move in. With that you can chose the lease
length as you wish (either stay till end of August or longer----either
way you can lock in the rate as $710), and that will be written in the
leasing contract between you and leasing office.

    

About the apartment: It is in Alexan Place at South Square. 2nd floor,
quiet (away from high-way), plenty of sunshine, bright. Apartment is
very safe and located 5-10 minutes drive from Duke -Fuqua; easy access
to supermarket, grocery stores, shopping. As a resident at Alexan
Place, you will have access to a gym and swimming pool for no charge.
Free wireless internet is available in the main office and lounge,
