有文凭的人工资高，而以后有更多的有文凭的人工作了，所以平均工资会升高。

C的意思是，有文凭的人工资高不是因为物以稀为贵，也就是说，就算有更多的有文凭的人进入劳动力市场，他们的价格还是不变的。从而保证了结论的得出。
