语法笔记的解释毕竟不是OG。即使是OG，上面的很多解释也被指点我的大牛用“很多不伦不类”

D没有run-on。指代不清原则几乎也不能被用来筛选答案。

D和B比较，我觉得最大的区别在于 表达 含义的合理性。

B说 那个event（彗星撞地球） marks end of the geologic era known as the Cretaceous eriod( 白垩纪）

D说 plant and animal (动物和植物灭绝）extinctions marks end of the geologic era known as the Cretaceous eriod

哪一个合理一点呢？应该是D吧。比如恐龙灭绝了，于是科学家门说一个时代结束了，另一个时代开始了。

另外D,我觉得有小小的问题open to discuss，就是 and it marks有点 redandunt, 如果说要表达 event marks the end of....那么直接放在event 的同位语从句里就可以了。a event caused plant and animal extinctions and marked
