My interviewer is Amanada Barth, the associate director of MBA admission, she is supper nice, easy going lady;)
Those are my interview questions, most of them are related with my essays:
1. Tell me more about your current job(I'm working with an Amercian boss doing IT consulting)
2. Tell me more about your AIESEC experience(A global student organization I joined during my college year)
3.What's your biggest challenge during your internship in MOTOROLA?(I worked in Moto as an QA intern for 2 years before graduation)
4. You said your multinational working experience will benefit the MBA study, why?
5. What value can you bring to Mason's MBA program?
6. Why do you choose W&M?(I said I like the quiet place cause I'm tired of big cities like Beijing, and I love the place with rich history, also their new Allan B. Miller Hall is amazing...)
6. Any questions to W&M?(I asked the job recrutiment ratio in 2009 and how they gonna match the Executive Partner with the incoming students)
Then we were talking about some other casual issues like Chinese opinion toward Obama, and family situation, she told me her husband was working on the west coast while she's on the east
Generally, you can focus on your essays, find your key characters and experience.Be yourself, relax and enjoy the talking
And take the initiative to lead her questioning directions;)
I've seen you in the MSN, and feel free to contact me any time, I will send my mobile number by CD message, you may check you inbox;)
Good luck to you!!Hope we can be classmate
