MIS @ UTD and Decision system @ Kentucky， and interview @ ISU. I also rejected one offer from HK.

Which school do you think better from reputation, academic ability, and MIS ability? UTD or Kentucky? or ISU?

Cong. Unless you have found a really good advisor, the program at UTD definitely outstrips other two.

However, UTD has a strong emphasis on quantitative methods, so make sure that you are comfortable with the stuff.
