Kellogg on-campus interview @ Feb 16th

Just finished my on-campus interview with Kellogg. Overall, great experience at Kellogg, and many thanks to the folks from the Chinese Business Club!!

I had my interview at 3pm, which allows me to sit in a morning class, and joined the campus tour, and finally had a lunch with current students. Highly recommended to finish all these great activities before walking into the interview room.

I had the interview with an adcom member. Overall, the interview went well, with couple surprise questions and I handled OK. The questions I got today are listed as below:

1. Please walk me through your academic experience (why you chose your major, blah blah)

2. Why did you join DC?

3. What value, in your mind, you have added to DC?

4. Please listed two most significant accomplshments you had in DC.

5. If I asked your colleagus, what they would talk about you?

6. What areas your colleagues might hope that you can do better? (the one I didn't prepare!! And the only place I felt i went off track a little bit, but managed to turn the interview back to track)

7. Please define your leadership style and share with me one significant leadership experience.

8. What's your career goal? (LT and ST)

9. Why product management? Why U?

10. Any student clubs you would like to join in Kellogg?

11. Besides community service, what else will you do outside of work?

12. How many places you have travelled to? Share some experience? 

13. Any questions for me? 

The whole interview went somewhere around 50 - 55 mins -- 10 mins longer than usual... Hope this helps
