你这是稻草人攻辩方式。树一个稻草人,说那是hicd,于是一通乱箭。但那稻草人不是我! 我当然没有做过系统、科学的调研,我只是根据我的主观的经验,观点仅供参考。难不成你做了客观、科学的调研? MBA进入中国也有很多年了。我看到的,是在很多企业,无论外企、国企还是民企的中层以上管理者中,无论是主管、经理还是总监,很多都没有MBA学位,甚至很多都没有硕士以上学位。而我认识的很多MBA,有的发展得还行,有很多发展得就很一般。所以我认为MBA跟成功地进入管理层的关系,既非充分条件、也非必要条件。至于创业,从我接触的有限样本来看,跟MBA学位更无固定的逻辑关系。这就是我的主观结论,从没有自命为真理。 你要是觉得没有MBA人生不完整、输在起跑线,我没意见。 -- by 会员 HiCD (2010/10/14 16:51:38)
管理层硕士少不能够说明硕士没有用, 统计上这样的判断不成立.
好的批评应当有理有据,你有一些道听途说的数据,但判断的依据是没有统计逻辑的支撑的.

Global businesses need access to local business cultures as they expand their enterprises to new territories. Brand The MBA degree is a recognized brand that signifies management and leadership training. The particular school and type of MBA program you attend also have brand associations that can help open doors based on the school's reputation. The strength of a school's brand is based on the program's history, its ability to provide students with technical skills and opportunities for personal growth, and the reach of its alumni and industry network. A powerful brand can give you the flexibility to make changes throughout your career. |
