Applications are reviewed once the whole package is received and admissions decision will be given 3-4 weeks after applicaion submitted. So the time an applicant receive an admissions decision is determined by the date he/she submits his/her entire application. RM first round of admissions decision starts sending out now.

My suggestion is that you can reply to that email and inquire if you need to send any additional documents to be considered for the assistantship. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for an answer, since this is the busy admission season.

Yes. He can apply first and take the GMAT at the same time during his application. I encourage him to take the GMAT asap in order to be considered for the scholarship, since the application is not considered complete without a GMAT score.

已经开始发AD了.RM的今晚我拿到了.

不过没提钱的事,请问下发奖和发AD是同一时间吗?

收到e-mail要求交I-20 form，请问没交I-20就不给审材料么？可以等到AD才交I-20吗？

终于开学了，可以回去开成绩单，但是还有个问题，

财产证明如果爸妈是sponsor，是不是要去公证处公证啊？……要求affidavit of support + proof of income + Bank statement?

我看那个“how to get I-20”都看晕了，大家是怎么弄滴呀~？

Yes, you can apply without I-20. The ISSSO send you I20 application package to your achknoledgement so that you know what you should prepare if you get admitted.

Yes. The same thing. But again, take those tests asap, otherwise, you will not get reviewed since your application is not considered complete without TOEFL and GMAT.
