You have quite good test scores and academic background. I think you have a chance. But, again, like I said previously, you have to show your passion. Why you want to apply to Risk Management? What benefit can a degree in Risk Management give you? What can you bring to St. John's and the Risk Management program? Just a few questions to think about.
Also very important is your communication skill. If you think speaking may raise some questions to you, please practice a lot to make sure you can express yourself clearly.

I think the admissions policy is almost the same as last year, just that we have more admissions people reading each application.
Regarding your second question, may I ask which program do you apply?

LZ,他们的宿舍好么？住宿的话一个学期多少钱？然后还有就是QUEENS的校区是不是比较不安全？就是靠近JAMAICA区一带？

You can apply to live on Manhattan campus, 'cuz Queens campus hosts a lot of undergraduate students, the accommodation is very limited. I think the fee is around $3,500 per semester. The area around school is quite safe.

本科是金融，如果申该校的MSA，修满33个学分能否考CPA呢？看到说该州CPA要150hours，是不是说本科是金融，上完该校的MSA还是没有资格考本州CPA？

150学分是licensure requirement。就是说，120学分，你可以参加cpa考试，但是不能拿证；你必须有150学分并满足工作经验要求，才能拿证。
As said, you can start your CPA exam as long as you have the academic credits required by AICPA, that is:

33 semester hours in accountingwith courses in financial accounting theory and principles (including advanced financial accounting), managerial accounting, U.S. federal tax accounting,auditing and computer auditing;
36 semester hours in generalbusiness electives including business statistics, commercial law, computer science, economics,
and finance and The curriculum must also includethe study of business/accounting communications,ethics/professional responsibility, and
accounting research.


Since St. John's MSA is licensure ready program, therefore, after you finish this program, and if you pass all your CPA exam, you can get your license.
