答案是B，我觉得是D呢，怎么找不出十分位是零的小数乘上16是整数的

  回楼主，第一题条件(1),0.0625.

          第二题，(1)条件，说明了有60个voters或者only support M, or only support N, or support both.根据表格第一列，可以得到有10个voters是支持both的，也就推出成立。而（2）条件没有办法得出，因为not sure的选民没有算进出。 so choose A.
