是不是INSEAD第三轮录取名额较少啊？

我申请INSEAD 2009 fall intake的3r，请问是不是这轮录取名额较少啊，我是不是应该申请2010 spring intake胜算比较大一些呢？其实deadline也就差一个月的时间？请哪位有经验的兄弟姐妹回答一下。谢谢！

哪个学校到了第三轮都很少了，而且奖学金也差不多发完了，不是太着急就春天那轮吧。
