是不是表示为 今年=去年(1+1300%)

--今年比去年增加1300% (increase)

那这个条件如何表示?

increase...to...  从...增加到...;

increase by 增加了... .

LZ是不是纠结在这里:

今年比去年增加了= 今年-去年/去年

今年比去年增加了1300% (increase by) , 就是 今年-去年/去年=13

我觉得increase和increased by都是这个式子吧
