Apartment ideal for Bentley College students

Apartment available at Waverly Sq(near Bentley College shuttle stop)

My landlord has a 4 bedroom house available from February 1.  Besides bedroom, there are livingroom, diningroom and large eat in kitchen. The apartment has all hardwood floors, washer and dryer down the basement.  The apartment is at 47 Leslie Road, Belmont MA - second floor of a two family home.  It's about 5 min to Bentley Shuttle. That will be a good location if you don't plan to buy a car during the school. There are also Commuter rail and 73 bus which can take you to harvard Sq. The heating system is gas with 3 separate zones.  It has all new windows which are energy efficient. The rental for 3 people is $1700/month. If for 4 people it will increase a little bit.

Than landlords are a nice American couple and always willing to help the tenants. The house I am living is in very good condition. So I guess his other house would be the same.
