案例应该会不会有太多数字计算，否则很难完成阅读。猜想主要会考申请者的critical thinking and analytical skills. 这也是为以后的MBA学习作预演嘛。也是测试自己能否适应MBA的学习。

2, external analysis

personal S/W from 1 and O/T from 2

3, personal strategy for development

what is the goal? does it make sense? feasible?

how to get there? how to fill in the gap between?

4, in what kind of manner to express these points?

passionate? self-confident? arrogant?

Group discussion

r u a good listenner? contribute your personal opinion?

r u a good "leader" or follower?

how about those level 5 managers in book "good to great"?
