While it doesn't have a cooker (you are welcome to use mine),It is right on 55Ave and only blocks from Queens Blvd where you can take the Q60 bus, The Q45 stops on the block where you can connect for G,R,V, and also 7 train- plus Q18 right outside takes you to 7 local and express and LIRR.

There are laundrettes, delis, etc all within only blocks by walk.

The rent is $1000 including all utilities and is due promptly on the 1st day of every month.
We require 1 mths rent to secure and 1 months rent on the day you move in.
It is available end of Jan (if you come early, we can deal with it)  so you can view asap.

It is good for single, sister,couple or 3 people.
