Do have problem in sitting for the CPA in NH

I want to sit for the CPA exam in NH, but today I obtained the information from the Board of Accountancy in NH as following:

 

 

"What this means is that when you pass the CPA exam you do not get a certificate, you do not receive anything but your grades, and verification that you have passed the CPA exam."

 

Does here anyone sit for the CPA in NH? do i have any problems in sitting for the CPA exam in NH? but I just can get the result of passing the CPA exam, rather than receiving the certificate.

 

Which state can let the candidate get the certificate when pass the CPA exam?
