看到这个我就想起了12号我考试的时候碰上了一道非常类似的题
区间【m-d,m+d】所占百分比为68%，而且是以m为中心两侧对称正态分布的
所以小于m+d的占100%-(100%-68%)/2=84%

我在考场上碰到的题目是给出了具体的数字，场景是一个班学生的考试成绩
m=86 d=6
问的是92分的百分比，也就是低于92分的人占多少，答案也是84%
