我真是欲哭无泪了，居然连copies都舍不得给我，还要我自己copy!!!!什么烂学校。。。我自己扫描还算什么sealed transcript～～～简直要逼我作假了～～

Dear Student,

We never provide various original documents to the students so the other students must have provided copies.

Sending the original by scan and in colour, the students have the possibility to print it in colour and so provide a copy quite equivalent at the original.

Original document that I sent you being sealed, you just have to do the copies by yourself.

这种问题我也遇到过， 我本科英语，但上过人大网校的金融课。我取要成绩单时， 死活不给我英文，也不给我骑缝章， 说什么怕担责任， 因为我不是学历教育的。 后来终于给我盖了个骑缝章， 成绩单我自己去公正的， 没问题的。

去copy 然后上面弄章， 管他什么章，(我寄的材料上面很多种章， 五花八门的，就是因为教务处的人事态多， 要个章费尽） 学校的就行啦， 外国人不可能了解这些行政系统的。 实在不行和学校说明只issue one original transcript
