Do you agree with the following statement:Getting university education is the most important factor for success in daily life?

Currently,
most youth learn in university before get a job, and university
education is required for a lot of jobs, especially the jobs with good
payment. It is hard for someone without university education to get a
job as a manager or engineer. In a sense, university education is a
very important factor for success, however, it is not the most
important factor for success.

Certainly, people with university
education have more opportunity to get better job. But university
education never equals to good job. The people which companies need is
the ones could do their job best but not the ones with the highest
education level. In an interview, the company would use a lot of
methods to find out best one. You could get a good job if you do jobs
better in an interview, even if the others have higher education then
you.

Getting a good job is just a beginning of success. People
learn a lot in university, math, physics, computer, writing, etc.
However, most of knowledge you need in work can not be learned in
school, because what you need in a job depends on the detail of job.
You have to learn while you are working, and it is essential for do a
good job. In fact, the ability of learning from work or experience is
more important for success than the education level.

Finally, no
matter what you do, hard work is the only way that leads to success.
You might have a good education and be smart, and it means and only
means you have the ability to do things well. You still have to work
hard to do it well.

In conclusion, the ability of learning
from experience and hard work is more important then university
education fro success. However, you should get university education if
possible, as it means more chance to get better job and is a important
factor for success, and you might learn how to study and make the habit
of work hard in university.
