    给的答案是C，实在不可理解。请大家指点
    文章说装了devices就能避免accidents，我觉得答案是D，司机并非有意超速。对D取非，如果司机有意超速，那么装devices又有什么用呢？？还是一样会有事故
    我觉得C根本就是无关，其他人不超速，我也不需要超速。和装devices有什么关系

因为如果偶尔会因为需要提速来避免交通意外的话，这种限速就会有一定的危害
而题目要求的找一个假设支持原文，那么当然是要排除这种情况咯
这种题好像在gmat里面还不少呢
