大家看看吧，看完就知道现在各个公司多紧张，也从侧面了解下这次经济危机现在是什么阶段。

The situation requires quick action without panic
 
1. Total headcount and hiring freeze
2.  Cancel all non-customer-related travel

3. All flights have to be approved by MC member
 
 4. Overnight stays should be avoided wherever possible. Hotel spending is limited to max. ?00 per night based upon availability  
 
 5. Internal meetings/workshops should take place on the Bayer premises to avoid cash out
 6. Active use of telephone and video conferences instead of traveling; travelling for internal reasons are supposed to be approved by the respective MC member (MC December in Pittsburgh and the GMP meetings will be hold via Telephone Conference)
 7. All printing jobs (advertising, brochures, etc.) should be canceled and pushed into the 2nd quarter of 2009
 8. All training leading to cash out must be moved into 2009 (so we have also moved the Finance Management Training into 2009)
 
 9. No moves/relocations
10. All orders for hardware are blocked
11. Christmas parties ("Weihnachtsfeier") are allowed up to a maximum company expense of 20 ?per employee

这也不一定和金融危机有关系。

最后一个quarter，每个公司都会cut cost，然后把cost都move到下年的年初，这样本年度的年终performance比较好看。。

我们公司半年前就开始了很多类似措施, hiring freeze啦, travel啦。。。

算够proactive了，还是被严重冲击到了。

这个100％和金融危机有关。而且09年会更不好过。

基本上各行各业都要熬这段时间，只是因为所处价值链的不同层次，影响也会有滞后。

绝对是金融危机啦，已经慢慢开始向实体经济蔓延，虽然只是开始。我想，今年毕业的MBA好无辜啊

最新的情况是，Dow Chemical, Bayer这两个化工巨头已经是楼主所描述的那个情况了，　人事冻结了，不知道其他公司现在如何，估计好不到哪里去．

苦了今年和明年毕业的ＭＢＡ了，不知道现在大家是如何打算的．是赌２到３年内经济会好转吗？那时候ＭＢＡ刚毕业，刚好碰到企业复苏，人手扩张……？

公司最近差不多也出台了这样成本控制措施。说实话，这次危机非常之严重，即使是industry也无法独善其身。目前为止的普遍看法是：
