国际学生那个表里总共是983人。包括1年级（FY)和2年级（SY)的

咨询是185人，金融267人.

我个人的看法是：去咨询或者金融行业的竞争还是很激烈的。所以大家千万不要以为上一个TOP MBA就可以进顶级投行或者咨询公司了。
希望能帮助各位作出正确的决定。呵呵

Class of 2008的就业数据估计还过得去，都是那些毕业拿了LEHMAN或者美林的OFFER的兄弟，现在恐怕日子不好过！

当然真正困难的应该是2009的毕业生，马上就开始找工作了，这个月来的经济形势大家有目共睹！Bon Voyage！

影响肯定是有的，不过这不是MICHIGAN一个学校的问题了。所有学校都受影响。
我主要是找咨询方面的工作，所有的咨询公司还都来michigan的。health care和high tech行业好像也还不错。呵呵

有，不过太多，就不贴了吧。 大多数人都是去industry工作的。

给大家个general idea of which companies are still hiring

这是我们学校下两周给一年级MBA的on campus招聘活动  (有些公司也在学校招聘，不过不是通过学校的career service,就不在这个表上了）

我们学校17到26号放假,fall break，所以没有公司来学校，fall break学校组织了west coast forum和wall st forum,就是去西海岸和纽约找工作的trip,会有company visits之类的活动

我也来回答一下这个问题。

今年的工作形势肯定是要差一些的。据说大部分商学院的full-time job posting都比去年同期减少了20%-40%不等。

不过公司都还继续招人的，连IB都在招。

这两周到Yale来的比较有名的IB有：JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Citi IBD, Merril Lynch（YES,it is still recuiting），下周是德意志银行和Morgan Stanley，还有UBS。还有若干不是很有名的规模较小的IB也来做presentation和office hour。

只是不知道他们到底要招多少人。我觉得名额应该是相当有限的，intern的情况应该会好些，因为有些公司最近裁了不少人，需要为2010年复苏（？）补充新鲜血液，而intern只有10周，花不了多少钱，所以应该还会招intern，至于full time我就不好说了。Yale有很多二年级的学生在雷曼和美林实习，现在都忙着找新工作。去JP Morgan的比较稳定，都拿到return offer。其它行业的拿到return offer 的比例比以前小了，但不知道小了多少，没有官方统计，我也不好乱说。

2009年入学的学生，不用考虑太多，谁也说不上三年后会是怎样。先集中精力做好申请工作 ：）
