看OG地解释中，这里dintinguish必须用distinguish between...and，但是，就我所了解的，和查询了相关用书，distinguish  A from B的用法是正确的啊？还是说，这两种用法是有些细微的差别？

我个人觉得，distinguish A from B 和distinguish between ...and 都是语法上可以用的，不过A里多了一个their，所以我就没选A，选择了C。有更好解释的可以来说一下啊。

我没有选A也是因为有个their，但是，在OG分析答案之前说必须要distinguish between...and，我觉得很困惑
