小弟9月一战，就是遇到这篇，当时写得很不好，很大的影响了后面的情绪！到现在看起来还是不大清楚应该怎么写！

First, the argument wrongly assumes that Cookville's factory and all others are analogous. There are many possible explanations for above facts. For example, the production of Cookville produces drill bits massively and reduces the production costs enomoursly. Thus, more information is needed before conclude that factory of Cookville has less production costs than those of others.

Second, the author's argument is mainly flawed becasue it overlooks certain majorconsiderations. Although it might be true that devoting the Cookville factory to drill bit prodction. However, shifting all other productions to other factories is a costly move. Thus, the auther's claim is not necessarily a logical result of the facts presented.
