网上也可递交GMAT送分报告

因为ETS电话一直没人接，我尝试通过mba.com网上送分。19号递交，27号学校就给我确认了，好快啊！

I didn't meet the problem as you mentioned.

I use all the same and exact information, including email, name, address etc, to register in both 51test.com and mba.com. After I send out the additional score report request online, I wrote an email to gmat@ets.org to make sure ETS deal with my request correctly. Soon I received the confirmation email that ETS will send me the No.885000000017XXXX to the school I defined.

The processing is very quick, I send out online request on Jan. 19, got ETS confirmation email on Jan. 22, got school's feedback on Jan. 26, and received ETS formal copy letter on Feb. 3. So I definetly suggest to use this method to send out ETS score.

About your problem, I guess you may check like this way:

1. review whether your account in 51test.com and mba.com uses all the same and correct info.

2. you could check the problem by sending email to gmat@ets.org. ETS promises to give out feedback in 3 business days.

我也试图网上送分,可系统提示好像是说：not your file in database.... 和前面的一位一样.传真又永远拨不通,只能邮寄. 用FEDEX寄的,早在两周之前就寄到了. 可今天问了一下,居然还没有处理!!!!真担心会不会影响我的申请. 我已经把其他材料全都递交了,在DEADLINE之前, 可GMAT official score还没好.....
唉......
