I just finished the TOEFL. Although I had a bad memory but wish I would give some useful information to you
.
Listening part:
1. Lecture : about absoulte pitch.  One girl did reserach about the topic for she has absolute pitch ( here a question" why does the girl choose this topic?Some have it while others do not have. however they could be trained to have it.
2. Conversation: A man wants to move to a  new aprtment and asked the girl to help him with heavy things by using that girl's car. She is not available in the morning. The boy said it is fne, because he thinks he wil move the heavy things in the afternoion. Then girl helps him in the afternoon( here a qustion. when will the girl help man with heavy things
That's all I can remember about the Listening part. Actually I think it really tests listening ability. So improving listening ability is the key to succeed.

Grammar part: I only remember one, because i know i was wrong as soon as i press comfirm key.  carries frequently + Noun,  "carries frequently" is wrong. "Frequently carries"

Reading comprehension:
1.the develpoment of airplane. three difficulties. finally ovrcome one by one and Wright or someone invented the airplane in a scietific and systematic way
2.endagered animals in the zoo produced unbeneficail gene. maybe some have written jijin before.
( forgot others. but i think it is not hard but be careful.

Composition: prefer to live in a big city or prefer to live in a small town

One tip from my personal experience : Be calm and do it steadlily. I am in a rush in L and G parts. I sense i made mistakes and were distracted.

Yes. My TOEFL is  30-25-55. Actually I did not meet some difficluty words. I think maybe this one "encompass" = include. Others you have to choose  according to the context. In jijing, i once read "the rule" = usual. I  met this today.

I never got a full mark when i did pp reading. I think to be calm and be careful is the key in reading.

mm: she forget to give him a ride this morning.
gg: it is okay because his parents give him a ride.

一个妹妹找导师,问导师想改口音的问题,因为她想去**地方玩.导师说你可以去
看一些video tape.

Grammar part: forget

Reading comprehension:
1.物种的多样性,达尔文的进化论开始, 海洋里面的生物多多,但是知道的
   少少. 人对海洋的影响多多.
2.美国的工业化,需要labour,一开始没有人干,因为农民自己有地,
   city resident 有自己地小店也不想干. 最后是铁路地开发和农业新技术的出现,还有
   好土地的出现,让labour多起来. 然后讲两种雇佣labour的方式:
   一种好像是以工厂的名字.
   另外一种按照所在村庄命名的.

Composition: prefer change in life or not.

reading:

Mail office department development, use planes, open nigh flight. 使用新的
   照明技术使得晚上可以航行.

考古,如何定位发掘地点.写有些地点很明显的(有题),有些不明显.
   使用一些技术可以发现.
   有些地方,主人不让发掘,但大部分让的(有题). 还有一些自然因素,河流,树木,所以要等到
    干的季节(有题)才能去发掘.

望远镜的发明,没有人知道起源,一开始是**说他们发现的.后来是**, 然后
    伽利略没有看过望远镜就自己作了一个(有题),最好的是30倍(有题)的调节效果.
    开始没有将望远镜用于天文,因为当时的人认为lense会曲解物体(有题).但是
    伽利略发现不是的,还发现银河是很多小星星.还写了一本**书(有题).
