Marketing and General Management I will probably go back to consulting, and my current job is much focused on marketing strategy development... but I am still quite open...
well, the advantage of studying an MBA is to explore opportunities. so take your time and have fun.

To be honest, I didn't position myself intentionally. I just showed who I am and what I did and what I want to do, etc. "Be true to yourself, don't write what you think the school want to hear"
As for the strongest point in my application. It's quite hard to say, I am not sure but it seems my essays, recommendation and interview helped a lot. (It is obvious that my GMAT, TOEFL, GPA cannot be my strong points)

congraduations. Kellogg is really a great school, though I don't think it's sick to pick up a lower ranking school if that one fits you better.
Kellogg has much strongger reputation in China than in US, that is the fact. They have much friendly student community, forcusing on team work/case study. Well, a less encouraging fact is that maybe they don't have many star students as other top schools, becasue of this approach.
