请教过来人，关于学校的event

我翻了历史老贴，发现很多网友都讲event没啥意思。如果有认识的校友，不如直接找校友聊天。

但本版没人专门讨论过event的好处，我就冒死开个贴，希望大家特别是过来人多讨论！

event可以认识一些校友啊。不过我觉得对当年申请影响不大，提前准备的人可以构筑比较长期的人际关系吧。

有时候你可以从中找到一些灵感，比如上次的Stanford presentation,就给了我不少灵感

Actually, you should prepare yourself beforehand, i recommend.
