just got an email from Rochester's Simon.
We have recently learned that due to some issues beyond the control of the Simon School, many students in mainland China are having trouble accessing our website and on-line application.  We are currently trying to resolve that problem and have some interim solutions as outlined below.

Your application to the M.B.A. or M.S. program is important to us.  To help overcome these technical difficulties we have several solutions.  Attached to this email is a PDF file of our 2004 application.  If you would also like to receive a PDF version of our catalog or information guide, please respond to this email and we will forward one to you immediately.  If you would prefer to apply on-line, please use either of the following links:
