The bank decide not to approve loan application for ice cream business from  agencies in Fribic town becuase they think that Fribic town has very cold winters , abviously , sales of ice cream will not be good. Evermore, Fribic only has 1000 population and there is only one ice cream competitor whose revenue last year was very poor.

Issue:

Security and Salary should increase if employee's performance is very good. Rewarding years of service to employee will discourage producitivity. Discuss extent you agree or disagree.
