the mean and the standard deviation of the 8 numbers shown are 10 and 0.3 respectively. What percent of the 8 numbers are within 1 standard deviation of the mean?

70,  75,  80,  85,  90,  105,  105,  130,  130,  130

the standard deviation of above numbers is 22.4, how many are more than 1 standard deviation below the mean?

都是第一题出现的，看不明白什么意思，谁能帮忙翻译下，应该用什么方法做啊~~~~

1，问与算术平均数相差在一个标准方差值之内的数字。在8个数字中占百分之几？
        

也就是各数字与10的差小于0.3的有几个? 9.9   10  10.2与10的差都小于0.3，共6个，占总数8个的75％

2，问有几个数字用mean减去的差大于一个标准方差？

  mean＝100 只有70 75 与100的差大于22.4， 所以是2个。
