恩，不保证对，不过提供一种思路吧。由于知道1/x+1/y=1/48（就是x、y各自速率的和为每分钟1/48水池的水），所以只要给出1/x（x花多长时间能把水抽干）和1/y（y几分钟把水抽干），就能两式联合解出另一个的速率，然后乘以48（分钟）就是总共抽的水，也就知道占的比例了~

第二题的1、明显不行吧。2、因为t是一个负数，所以zt<-3除以t（一个负数）以后变成z>一个正数（如若t=-5，则z>3/5），这样也就不一定小于4了。

第三题题目啥意思啊？
