After experience the hardship of registing the TOEFL exam, I finally got an appointment at 6th September. How excited I was ! Also I prepared the TOEFL exam for a long time, working around the clock everyday. However, when I came to the test center this morning, we are asked to wait as there are problems happened in the test system. We wait for a whole moring about 4 hours.How worried we are ! Finally, we got an answer that the exam is cancelled! You can easily find how disppointed we are ! Some test-taker who live in other city was flying to the exam center, and the cancelling of the exam give them a lot of damaging both in econmic and moral. The staff in the exam center ask us to give our tendency either for retaking the exam or asking for refund. However, they mentioned that our apply may not be accepted. I strongly demand the ETS will give us a soution to this problem. As all exam-taker in Asia experienced damages, that ETS should added another exam opportunity recently. As most of us are applying recently, and the deadline is coming, the situation is really urgent! I sincerely hope you can consider my suggestion and give us a reply as soon as possible.Thank you!
