2并想请问 为何这边会用lower 而不是 less??
3关于这题E的解释让我很困扰,E    Use of the relative clause and the pronoun it allow the correct comparison to be made, but the construction is needlessly wordy
表示说E只是不简洁 , 可是 which不是指代 capita income of $111 , capita income of $111 is lower than capita income of $111 it is in the most impoverished countries of the world ,这样根本不对比阿 , 除非 which 指代整句

我不是牛人，也在摸索中，参考吧：

1.不是独立主格吧，with在这里应该是having or possessing(朗文第二个意思），是对主语的补充、说明

2.好像收入这东西一般不说多少（more or less），而是说高低（higher or lower)

3.我感觉which这个词，要牢记它仅仅指代前面离它最近的那个，就是$111,而不是整个句子。
