I do not know which school has phd program called business statistics, but some schools have statistics phd program in business school.The best one is the program in Chicago, Tsay is a very famous prof in financial time series,I heard that students followed him can get any job offer in the street.Another one is wharton's, it has nothing to do with business and is quite theoretical. Most faculty work on nonparametric function estimation.These two programs have high requirement of math. It seems that nyu also has a stat program in businesss school, but I heard that that program is dying recently.
