HK job market/salary question

Can anyone share salary info and current hiring condition in HK job market?

I am interested in equity/fixed/derivative/hedge fund analyst or associate position.

Background

Two years with an investment dealer in the operation department

Three years with asset management firm in the trade operation department. Also compose research report and distribute to the fund manager. (also portfolio manager)

Both experience are in North America. Would like to relocate to HK. I know most US banks are having difficult time now. So I am ok with others like CLSA .

Pass CFA I, II, & III

Pass CAIA I

Bachelor of Business Admin

r u a cfa charter holder? why just say pass 3 levels?

Not a charterholder. My previous experience is still not good enough for me to get the charter.
