59GWD应该有个类似的,但是不一样,那个是问什么可以解决现状的,
答案是削减部门

没做过GWD,看第一道是assumption怎么都想不通,去查了原题才发现是evaluate。。。

要么原题作者考的是assumption,但assumption的话就肯定不可能是那个答案了。。。
