A newly painted nice spacious room (15 X 9) is available near Waverly Square. 5 minutes walk to Bentley Shuttle Bus Stop and bus connection with routes #73 to Harvard Square for downtown Boston through subway Red Line and #554 to downtown Waltham via Bentley College. Supermarket Shaws, food chain store Dunkin donuts, cleanser and restaurants all around within 5 minutes’ walk.

The room is in the first floor of a two-floor, two-bedroom bricked house located in a quiet street, changed from living room but promise to be excellent to live. One full bathroom, kitchen, porch and yard shared with two current tenants who are Bentley Graduate students from China, nice, easy-going, tidy and quiet.  Looking for clean and respectful roommate to stay from 9/1-12/31(Dec. is the graduation month for most Bentley Graduate Students, thus there should be no problem to find a place nearby at that time), the date to move in can be negotiable, Chinese preferred.

The rent is $400 per month without utilities, we will share the internet, gas and electricity bills (approximately $ 50 per month).
