In SG, it is very difficult for CHINA people to get promotion, maybe 7or 8 years u are still an engineer.in my company only one guy become manager and still is CHINESE,then last month he resign and go to USA, beacause he manage a team but his title still牋senior engineer....and some guys convert to SINGAPOREN then got promotion. I still want to be a CHINESE.?/p>

I still want to be a CHINESE.?/p>In CHINA, the company is a real big company, maybe it is also very difficult(im not so sure). but this company will have half year oversea training. im discussing the salary with the hr now.. but seems like there is no space to negotiate.. I agreed with you. I got a big 4 offer 5 years ago. Then i come to SG myself and start my work here. When the economy is good, i can get promotion. In 2009 during the bad period, my peer (Singaporean) whose performance was worse than me got promoted but i was not. It's not fair. So i quit and joint as internal auditor in an organization. I am thinking to go back school and get a master degree. |
