我觉得d是我第一个非常肯定地就排除掉的吖~in terms of the kind of family in which she grew up很明显就是文中否定的那个"rather thatn as the idiosyncratic career of a famous man's wife"的对应嘛~所以很明显不对啊~

那么，意思应该是说这本书描述了一批女性，她们blablabla...但是她们的成就并不为社会所认同，然而这本书为她们正名了。所以C中讲一个保守派的议员的目标衍生于一个movement，貌似完全不相关的说。。而E，则是说一群人为结束美国奴隶制做出了贡献但是United States把功劳归于这群人外的其他人，就和这本书的内容挺像的吧。。但是貌似木有看到有人选E。。纠结ing~⊙﹏⊙~
