(2). insufficient, this doesn't say whether Sue's account balance fell under 1,000 in last month.

(1) + (2) insufficient. Sue could have deposited another 2,000 in her checking account say on day 1 of last month and only withdrew 2,000 on the last 2 days of last month.

不就两句话么

1）条件下2的次方都能整除16，除17都余1

2）题意是账户余额一个月的任何时候小于1000，收取托管费，其他不多说了
