            A，c 很明显就是一个他因法，为什么不选a 而选c 呢？

注意主人公T是19世纪的人，A是最新发现的（now know），而拿破仑在那个时候还是被诟病的（at the time),所以也许T的认识还是和他所生活的时代的主流一样，要怪拿破仑。而C是说T那个时候自己就已经觉悟了生活差不怨拿破仑。

也就是说，题目说是什么削弱了传记作者的claim，而不是这个历史学家的想法。
传记作者说历史学家不喜欢拿破仑是因为拿破仑的统治造成他童年的贫困，
