我也很纠结啊，你跟我说了解释，我再去看是这么回事请，但是没跟我说之前，我一直以为是募集者不会扩大donor base人群。。。。悲剧啊 ，所以题目看了云里雾里 感觉自我矛盾了

也就是要去找没有捐过钱的人，并且成功率低才行么，那A只是说他们和其他大学的人一样成功，并不能表示成功率低啊
