我对下面的这个句子的结构有点模糊不清，问题如下，还望高人指点~谢谢！

GM is likely to have trouble parking its Hummer division, for example, having decided to look for a buyer just as giant, thirsty vehicles are going out of fashion.

如果parking和having并列，为什么中间没有and连接?

主句是GM is likely to have trouble，那么后面的are的主语是什么呢?
