是否因为原文中并没有increase 和decrease的概念  所以C选项无关?

結論是:因為training/communication啥的都無法彌補acutual flying time的不足,所以要想想其他的方法才行.

問假設.

這裡有個邏輯缺口,為什麼flying time影響了crash?假設就要架個橋樑連結兩者.所以D是正解.如果flying time無關緊要,那就無法說明因為飛行時間不夠所以training什麼的也沒有用了?

C項,請留意是programs強調實際的飛行時間,而不是實際飛行時間真的提高了,C選項說的就是argument反駁的觀點,作者的結論就是training program無用論,如果C is true,就徹底地反對了作者的結論了,所以C是weaken.
