如果数学差一点点的话就去标准普尔. 他们用path to resolve分析. 行业第三位的fitch采用分析方式和标准普尔类似, 但是权威度好像和这两个就差的远了点. 尤其去年美联储摒annouce弃使用fitch.

也不能全怪他们. 他们都料事如神了也就不作rating生意了, 直接去投机还不是赚更多的钱.
指责这些机构的人应该自己反省为什么选择过渡依赖这些机构. 也许这也部分解释了为什么巴塞尔协议2要求银行自己搞一套internal
rating来让管理层了解风险而不是依靠那些机构.
