Yesterday was the last day of my 2-day trip to San Francisco. Instead of doing more sightseeing, I decided to cook for my friends because they were so eager to try the food I cook. I came to my friends' place, started cooking at around AM 9:40 and finished cooking at around PM12:20. Below are the results of my two and half hour cooking: 合掌瓜炒肉片X2 (separated into 2 plates because of the size) 
苏梅酱炒鸡腿肉 (The peppers are intentionally cut into big pieces upon request of my friends) 
姜葱爆牛肉(The green onion and ginger root are cut into small pieces. They may be a bit hard to see) 
And a dish of vegetable which the picture was lost unfortunately. It was cooked using the chicken leg bones that were left over from 苏梅酱炒鸡腿肉. I wish I could have more time to cook more dishes but unfortunately I had to arrive at the airport at 1:30 to catch my flight. |
