背景是今年本科毕业，物流管理专业。申到的学校专业是物流工程

准备的归国计划是：

When I study in College, I found only get the knowledge about the Logistics management, and did not know something about technical skills. It is not enough as a manager.
  Learning in the OSU, I will get technic about facility design, logistics system design, and implementation of logistics technology. I will be a logistics professional not only combine strong managerial and technical skill, but also good at english.
  After graduate, I will come back to China, find a position in a company specialize in logistics design area. After couple years, having enough experience, I definitely can be an outstanding logistics manager with stronge manage experiece and outstanding technical skills.
  According the development of logistics in China, companies are looking for this kind of new breed of logistics professionals, and even willing to pay 400,000 salary per year to the professional.
  So, when I come back, I will find a job to realize my career goal amd have good feed back.

我觉得你的计划不错，但是作为口语回答来说，太长了，多于三句话就有点多了，不需要解释那么多为什么。应该具体提一句回来后招聘的公司名字，比如马士基、中远什么的(最好多说中国或者欧洲的公司，美国公司不太好）

I plan to join a *** company(like ***) to start my career in SCM. I believe that based on the logistics technology from Fisher which is the best B-school in this field, I could be an outstanding logistics manager with a decent income.这就可以了，如果还要说，就加上你的话

First, what you called logistcal things,to me is more likely some what strategetical methologys.

企业战略管理听说过没？这学科自以为是的说在国内基本上还是经验传承的教学，远远不能算一门

科学。在US则不一样，起码学院派不一样，他们更讲究将现象规律化。

Secondly, "but also good at english." is reduntant, English is a skill you should show to VO .

You could nolt promise that you could speak English well after several years' living in US, 

But you should leave the VO on the spot that you could communicate with English speakers

well . Therefore, do not ,make it as your reason for enteriing US.
