请问I20日期

我的I20上写　The Student is expected to report to the school no later than ０８/０９/2008 and complete studies no later than 12/1８/2009. The normal length of study is 18 months.

但是前两项才１６个月，后面是１８个月，请问是I20写错了吗？没错的话停留时间是由哪个决定呢？谢谢～～

写个email问学校，然后把他们的回答打印出来去签证
