3, 5 years working experience, 3 years in Singapore

4, Now working in Singapore as a senior engineer for a top consumer electronics company, more in supplier management and software configuration management

5, GMAT 750, Math 51, Verbal 39

6, Direction: Management Consulting or Financial Engineering (Investment Banking)

7. Don't care where the business school is, but keen to go back to China after 5 years

Any suggestion?

Frankly speaking, the salary in Singapore is still quite competitive. A normal engineer in engineering industry could easily get 70k SGD(1 SGD = 5 RMB) per year, after tax, and the average annual income in financial industry is about 126k SGD after tax.

However, the most important is family, so CEIBS is one of the most important choice.

The MBA program of NUS or NTU normally costs about 30k to 40k SGD. The normal full time master program only costs about 3k SGD per year, and about 15k SGD for the financial engineering program.

The living cost in Singapore is no more than 1k SGD per month. No idea about the scholarship.

I am going to apply INSEAD, and it is my first choice if I can get its admission.

However, I don't know whether it is too hard to apply INSEAD according to my current situation.
